摘要(Abstract)：

为探究塑身衣的塑身效果和舒适性的平衡问题，参照人体工效学、材料组织选择以及脂肪可流动等原理对塑身衣进行分区设计，根据160/84B型号并按照围度档差-5、-4、-3、-2、-1、0 cm制作6件不同宽裕量的塑身样衣用于穿着实验，以5名体型符合号型区间的女性为实验对象，测试其穿着前后人体各部位数据的差异和压力舒适性。根据实验结果对塑身衣提出不同优化方案，并对各优化方案进行检验以得到最优设计方案。结果表明：在侧腰点附近部位使用罗纹3×1,在前侧腹点附近使用罗纹5×1时可以在保证塑身效果的同时提高其压力舒适性。
