废弃胶原纤维湿法非织造布的制备及其性能研究Preparation and properties of wet-laid waste collagen fiber nonwovens

摘要(Abstract):
以废弃胶原纤维为原料,优化氧化钙法胶原蛋白提取工艺,并将提取溶液作为胶黏剂用于废弃胶原成网固结,通过湿法成网制备废弃胶原非织造布。用扫描电镜对其结构进行表征,并对所制备的非织造布进行透气、顶破性能测试。结果表明:废弃胶原纤维呈束状排列,线密度和长度分别为(0.18±0.11) dtex和(17.8±6.4) mm,离散度较大;胶原蛋白最佳提取工艺为:温度70℃,反应时间80 min,氧化钙用量8%~14%;所制备的非织造布中胶原纤维排列杂乱,且纤维之间存在大量交叉和缠结,结构稳定;所制备的非织造布柔软且其厚度可调,交联后非织造布的顶破性能大幅提升,当戊二醛用量为5%时,非织造布顶破强力达96.9 N,透气性影响不大,是理想的高端擦拭用材料。
