纺织品整理用超细电气石粉的制备与表征Preparation and characterization of ultrafine tourmaline powder suitable for textile finishing application

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高电气石粉在纺织品负离子功能整理中的应用效果,采用研磨的方法制备了超细电气石粉。借助Zeta电位及粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和负离子浓度测量仪等手段,对处理后的电气石粉的结构和负离子发射性能进行表征。结果表明:研磨是一种有效降低电气石粉粒径的方法。相对于干磨法而言,湿磨效果更好,制备的粉体粒径减小显著且分布更加均匀。随着研磨时间的增加,电气石颗粒的层状结构被破坏,粉体粒径变小,负离子发射量逐渐增强。在球料质量比为1∶3,玛瑙球填充率为80%的条件下,湿磨15 h时,粉体粒径和负离子发生量达到最佳。
