应用对抗网络和霍夫变换的织物点状缺陷检测研究Research on fabric point defect detection using generative adversarial network and Hough Transform

摘要(Abstract):
印花织物生产过程中由于制造的原因会产生皱印、劈裂和色点等表面缺陷。为了保证织物品质,针对喷头堵墨在织物表面形成的色点,提出了一种检测点状缺陷的方法。首先去除图像上的噪声点,将缺陷图像进行滤波预处理,处理后的图像经霍夫变换(Hough Transform)提取缺陷信息并返回缺陷位置。为了检测提出算法的稳定性和准确性,应用生成对抗网络(GAN, Generative Adversarial Networks)扩充在纺织企业收集到的数据样本,与人工检测结果比较,统计缺陷检出率。结果表明:所提出的算法在生成样本及原始样本检出率为97.2%,满足纺织企业生产的要求。
